the American singer shared this thoughtful advice from Shetty. He says which
thoughts you choose to believe about yourself are the most important choice you
will ever make. Because our thoughts make us. If an individual would constantly
believes he/she is not good enough, soon it will become their reality. However,
one always has a choice as to how to talk to oneself.

The young singer often talks about the importance of accepting oneself the way
they are. In one of the episodes of Red Table Talk, she once talked about how
she overcame her insecurities.

WILLOW SMITH TALKED ABOUT HER JOURNEY OF OVERCOMING FEARS AND INSECURITIES

The 22-year-old artist expresses her feelings through her art. Once, the singer
talked about how her life changed once she transformed into a wiser version of
herself. During her conversation with her mother and grandmother on Red Table
Talk, Willow Smith talked about the exact incident which changed her life.

During her Fenty strut, Smith saw the dancers working really hard while covered
in sweat. Looking at them, she thought she could not have handled an extreme
situation. However, instantly she talked herself out of her insecurities and
went on to continue what she went there to do. While talking about it, she also
admitted she had doubted herself.
