Sam Levinson's The Idol hooks worldwide music lovers to its soundtrack just like Euphoria did upon its arrival in 2019.

After ‘Euphoria’s’ Addictive Soundtracks, Sam Levinson’s ‘The Idol’ Continues the Good Run

The Idol is being compared to its sister show Euphoria since it was first
announced. Developed in the same universe led by Sam Levinson, people had huge
expectations from the newbie. The teen series has already made an impression on
viewers garnering a massive fandom for itself. Sadly, The Weeknd’s drama failed
to reach the bar set by its predecessor and only received criticism for its
raunchy theme. Despite all this, the show has continued the legacy in one thing
and that’s soundtracks.

Pop Tingz recently dropped the song list of The Idol on Twitter. The post
revealed that the soundtracks of this HBO show have taken over the minds of
viewers. “Every song hits the right notes, perfectly complementing the show’s
emotions and storyline. Abel is a genius,” read the tweet. Meanwhile, they also
asked netizens about their favorite song from the series.

The streaming numbers of the songs have been rapidly growing, with many people
hearing them on a loop. Released on June 9, ‘World Class Sinner / I’m A Freak’
has been listened to more than 7.5 million times on Spotify. In fact, the video
of the song has racked up 2.7 million views on YouTube and fans are literally
freaking out.

This success reminds us of the time when Jungkook’s solo song ‘Love Yourself:

soundtracks of the show and charted for 26 weeks on Billboard World Digital Song
Sales. His surreal voice and the deep meaning of the lyrics captivated the
hearts of the music lovers. Just like that, the new drama has also followed the
steps and fans are raving about it.

FANS CHOOSE THEIR FAVORITE THE IDOL SONG

Netizens filled the comment section of the post right after Pop Tingz asked for
their favorite song. Some are saying all of them are great and have written down
the names of their loved ones. On the other hand, some are mocking the show for
