James Gunn's Superman: Legacy has got major plot insights with it possibly intertwining with another DC universe exciting fans

After Debunking the Orchestra Eclipse Rumor, James Gunn’s ‘Superman: Legacy’ Has New Plot Reveals and Updates

Superman, one of America’s most beloved and highly anticipated superheroes, is
poised to make a spectacular comeback. James Gunn’s takeover of DCU with
Superman: Legacy in 2025 has generated significant buzz. However, the casting
for the lead role sparked controversy, with fans expressing mixed sentiments.
Ever since its announcement, the movie had its fair share of rumors, be it the
Orchestra Eclipse or The Authority inclusion.

As is common with superhero movies, leaks and rumors surround the production.
Recently, James Gunn cleared the air that Orchestra Eclipse will not have a
score in the movie.

Previously, there were speculations about the inclusion of the superhero team,
The Authority. However, renowned scooper and critic Grace Randolph has provided
new updates, suggesting that the rumors about The Authority were actually a
misdirect.

> Ah okay, here we go:#SupermanLegacy
> conflict in Middle East, #Superman
> [https://twitter.com/hashtag/Superman?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw] wants to
> stop it one way, other heroes disagree.#LexLuthor

> trying to negotiate peace his own way.#TheAuthority
> [https://twitter.com/hashtag/TheAuthority?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw] was a
> misdirect! Clever – it’s actually a #JSA
> [https://twitter.com/hashtag/JSA?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw] type team, or

Randolph took to Twitter to reveal a major plot point, stating that a conflict
is unfolding in the Middle East. While Superman aims to resolve the situation
particularly, other superhero counterparts hold differing opinions. In Legacy,
the character of Lex Luthor takes charge once again, leading negotiations in an
effort to restore peace. The Authority might not serve as the main villains.

In dispelling The Authority rumors, Randolph clarified that The Authority is
more akin to a team like the Justice Society of America (JSA). Adding to the
excitement, she hinted that it might indeed be the JSA involved, providing
significant plot insights for fans of Superman. However, confusion still lingers
regarding their exact involvement and connections.

This was much of an insight into the Superman: Legacy plot. Fans could not
behold their excitement and busted Twitter with inferences and conclusions.

TWITTERATIS ERUPT IN FRENZY OVER THE SPILLED UPDATES ON THE MOVIE PLOT

Ardent fans remain uncertain about the identity of the lead villain in the
upcoming film. Some speculate a connection to the Black Adam plot, while others
express doubts about Lex Luthor assuming the role of the main antagonist.

Certain users expressed disappointment with the inclusion of the Middle East
plot, deeming it clichéd and unremarkable. Ultimately, it became evident that
the Middle East storyline failed to generate excitement among fans.

Fans found the inclusion of the Justice Society of America to be quite
perplexing. The specific details regarding the team’s proper involvement remain
unclear, leaving fans in a state of uncertainty and doubt.

Dedicated fans made it clear that the inclusion of characters resembles the
lineup of the Justice League International (JLI). Based on their understanding,
they considered it more of a Justice League International film rather than a
standalone Superman movie.
