Netflix all set to remove Conan the Barbarian

After Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Surprising Sword Revelation in His Book, Netflix Set to Remove the Iconic Debut Film

At 76, Arnold Schwarzenegger
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/arnold-schwarzenegger] has conquered nearly
every imaginable feat. Yet, the sagacious star remains deeply connected to his
origins, paying homage to his breakout role in Conan the Barbarian. This iconic
action film was the epitome of brawny heroics. Despite the toll time had taken
on his muscles, the Al Pacino of the action genre made a remarkable revelation
about it in his book, Be Useful.

In a graceful gesture, he wielded the very Conan sword that once showcased his
immense strength, using it as a bridge to connect with the American audience.
However, the somber tidings are that Netflix has made the decision to bid
farewell to a Schwarzenegger classic.

NETFLIX BIDS FAREWELL TO THIS ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER CLASSIC

Ranked as the 15th highest-grossing film of 1984, Conan the Barbarian marked
Schwarzenegger’s ascent to stardom. Regrettably, the time has come for this
cinematic gem to bid adieu to Netflix. Henceforth, viewers seeking to relish
this action classic shall need to explore alternative streaming platforms. Why
does Netflix part ways with movies in its library? The answer lies in the
expiration of licensing agreements as reported by What’s on Netflix.

Netflix secures content for a finite duration, and once the agreement’s term
concludes, the platform must bid farewell to those features. The die was cast,
and November 1st will mark the day when Conan the Barbarian will bid its
farewell to Netflix. The eve of Halloween, October 31st, will serve as the final
opportunity for Netflix subscribers to watch the classic. Alongside this iconic
flick, a cadre of other films also take their leave, including Hey Arnold! The
Jungle Movie, Fast and Furious, No Strings Attached, and Pride and Prejudice, to
name just a handful.

The movie might be leaving Netflix but not the limelight, as Schwarzenegger
wielded Conan the Barbarian’s sword to crack open the first box of copies of his
new book.

CONAN’S SWORD: UNLOCKING NEW CHAPTERS

Schwarzenegger brought joy to his fans with an Instagram video where he used the
sword from his iconic 1982 movie, Conan the Barbarian, to open a package
containing copies of his new book, Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life. The video
featured Schwarzenegger sharing this moment with his pets, including a miniature
pony, a donkey, and a pig. Unexpectedly, the sword played a significant role on
the sets of Stranger Things as well.

Schwarzenegger’s book, inspired by his father’s recurring advice to Be Useful,
has released today. During an interview, Schwarzenegger also shared amusing
anecdotes about how he applied this principle while raising his five children,
reminiscing about the humorous stories they now recount regarding his
disciplinary actions and strictness during their upbringing.
