Adrien Brody Steps Into Fashion Spotlight As Lacoste’s Global Eyewear Ambassador

Adrien Brody has spent his career inhabiting men who live on the edge - artists, survivors, outsiders who carry history in their silences. When he won the Academy Award for The Pianist, becoming one of the youngest Best Actor winners in Oscar history, it felt like a quiet reckoning. More than two decades on, from haunted war survivors to eccentric auteurs and morally frayed antiheroes, Brody’s résumé simply does not end.

But acting is no longer the only feather in his cap. That cap, much like his career, keeps getting decorated, with fashion credentials, creative partnerships, and a cultural presence that extends well beyond the screen.

Adrien Brody has now stepped into a new, high-profile role as the global eyewear ambassador for Lacoste, formalizing a relationship that has quietly evolved over more than a decade. As per The Hollywood Reporter, the collaboration is a natural extension of Brody’s longstanding association with the French fashion house, which dates back to 2012, when he first appeared in Lacoste’s 'Unconventional Chic' campaign.

Brody has spoken warmly about the appointment, calling it both personal and meaningful.

“Lacoste has always represented style, authenticity, and craftsmanship, and I’m excited to continue our friendship and collaboration with this new campaign,” he said, as per The Hollywood Reporter

Fashion, notably, is not new territory for Brody. Adrien Brody’s Broadway debut marks a new chapter

That answer arrives on stage. Adrien Brody is set to make his Broadway debut in The Fear of 13, a searing, emotionally charged play about a wrongly convicted death row prisoner. He will star alongside Tessa Thompson, according to Variety.

The Fear of 13 tells the true story of Nick Yarris (played by Brody), a Pennsylvania native who spent more than two decades on death row for crimes he insisted he did not commit. Through a series of prison visits with Jackie (Thompson), a volunteer, the play explores guilt, belief, justice, and the fragile line between freedom and survival.

Described as devastating, darkly funny, and ultimately life-affirming, the production forces its audience to confront what justice truly demands.

The play was adapted by Lindsey Ferrentino from David Sington’s 2015 documentary and will be directed by Tony winner David Cromer. Performances begin March 19 at Broadway’s James Earl Jones Theatre, ahead of an April 15 opening night, as reported by Variety. Brody previously debuted the role on the London stage last year, further sharpening expectations for his Broadway turn.

From Oscar stages to Paris runways to Broadway lights, Adrien Brody’s career continues to evolve in bold, unexpected directions. Whether through fashion, film, or theater, he remains firmly in creative motion.
