Reacher might be wrapping up its fourth season soon, but the thrill of Jack Reacher’s world is not ending anytime soon. Prime Video has announced a spin-off series, Neagley, expanding the Reacher universe. The eight-episode series is set to bring a new string of disturbing events and investigations. 

However, what has intrigued fans the most is the cast of the show. While the series will be based on the fan-favorite character Frances Neagley bringing back the actor who plays the role, it will also introduce new characters and feature some familiar faces. So, here is a look at who is part of Neagley.

Maria Sten as Frances Neagley: Maria Sten, who appears as  Frances Neagley in the first three seasons of Reacher, will be the main character, Neagley. The writer and actress has previously starred in Channel Zero: The Dream Door and Swamp Thing. She worked as a writer for David E. Kelley's series Big Sky. 

Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher: Alan Ritchson is not part of the main cast. However, as seen in the trailer, he is expected to appear in the spin-off series. 

Greyston Holt as Detective Hudson Riley: Greyston Holt is well known for his performance in Durham County and Alcatraz. He will be seen assisting Frances Neagley. 

Adeline Rudolph as Renee Birdwhistle: Adeline Rudolph most recently played the role of Kitana in Mortal Kombat II. She has previously starred in Perfect Girl and Resident Evil.

Jasper Jones as Keno: Jasper Jones is known for his role in King Ivory. 

Matthew Del Negro as Pierce Woodrow: Matthew Del Negro has previously starred in Crime 101, City on a Hill, Hot Pursuit, Huge in France, and Long Bright River.

Damon Herriman as Lawrence Cole: The Australian actor has starred in Secret City, Run Rabbit Run,  Together, and The Little Death.

While the cast is confirmed for the show, there is much curiosity about the plot of the spin-off show and whether it is based on any book.

The previous seasons of Reacher were based on and adapted from Lee Child novels such as Killing Floor and more. However, Neagley is based on the character from Lee Child’s books, Frances Neagley. As for the story, it tells an entirely original story that is not based on an existing book. 

The series will follow Frances Neagley, working as a private investigator, who has doubts about her friend Tommy’s mysterious death. While she does not believe the story told to her, Neagley begins digging deep into the events before her friend’s death. And soon, she discovers much more than what she has been told. The series will release all the episodes on September 16, 2026, after the end of Reacher season 4.
