During an interview with ScreenRant, Millie Bobby Brown was asked whether she would be interested in taking on a directorial role if there were future Enola Holmes films. Initially shy and hesitant, the actress admitted she was not sure but expressed gratitude when the host encouraged her to consider the job. And after some encouraging words from her co-star Louis Partridge and the host, Brown went on to reveal that she had directed a scene in Enola Holmes 3.
“I never thought it would really make the cut, and in the first cut, it didn't. And I was like, hilarious, and then the last cut it did, and it's in the film,” she said.
When asked which scene she directed, the actress revealed it was a particular scene in the movie, in which her character, Enola, tries to convince people to come to her wedding. She chose the location and took the camera out to shoot it. Now, the actress has worked with several directors over the years and knows a thing or two about the responsibilities that come with the role. So, it would not be surprising for the actress to take on the job.
Moreover, Enola Holmes 3 is not the first time she has stepped behind the camera.

This was perhaps her first taste of filmmaking from the other side of the camera. The short film follows a young girl, played by Honey, who finds encouragement from an older version of herself, portrayed by Brown. It also features a poem written and performed by the actress. From that early experiment to directing a scene in Enola Holmes 3, Brown is quite ahead in working on her creative ambitions alongside her acting career.
