Mia McKenna-Bruce is making quite the buzz as she glides through grand country estates, lavish parties, and an unexpected murder in Netflix’s three-episode miniseries. She played the role of Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent in Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials, which has drawn much attention for its classic mystery premise and the powerful performances by the cast, including McKenna-Bruce.

Following notable roles in The Rebels and Vampire Academy, the BAFTA-winning actress has no plans of slowing down. Gradually, she becomes involved with the children living at the care home where she spent her own childhood. Mia McKenna-Bruce played the role of Tee Taylor in the series.

The Dumping Ground

The Dumping Ground is a continuation of Tracy Beaker Returns, focusing on the lives of children in a care home and their dedicated care workers. One of CBBC’s longest-running shows, it saw Mia McKenna-Bruce return to play Tee Taylor. Following Tee and other new characters, the series explores social issues such as friendship, family, relationships, mental health, and the challenges of adolescence.

The Fence

Directed by Claire Denis, The Fence shows a story set on an African construction site based on a 1979 play by Bernard-Marie Koltès titled Black Battles with Dogs. The film follows three foreigners living in a heavily guarded construction site in rural West Africa, where a mysterious death sparks tension and conflicts. Amidst the arrival of new members and the family of the deceased, tension and drama rise in the movie.

Mia McKenna-Bruce showed a powerful performance as Leonie in this thriller movie. The 28-year-old is a familiar face to many who have watched Vampire Academy and Persuasion. With nearly two decades in the entertainment industry, it is certainly no surprise that her talent is finally getting the recognition it deserves. She now stars in Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials and has landed some of the biggest projects lined up for the future.
