Fans have always admired the deep connection Henry Cavill had with his fantasy roles. However, they might have never gotten that perfect Superman or Geralt, if not for his parents’ influence. In an interview with Josh Horowitz, the Enola Holmes actor spoke about his childhood days. When asked about who helped him build his interests in life, the actor revealed “It’s gotta be my dad, absolutely”.

He recalled his dad used to read him short stories and how those things turned out to be helpful in his life later. His interest in the fantasy genre helped him understand the iconic mutant he played because the actor was already well-versed with the character since his childhood days. Fans hope for the same phenomenon to replicate as he has joined hands with Amazon to adapt Warhammer 40,000.
