However, there was a time when even this Hollywood pair used to drop subtle PDAs online to tease their fans. Seven years back, in one of those moments, Perry compared her boyfriend to the Hollywood diva, Jennifer Aniston.

Aniston and Perry share a decade-old heartfelt bond. Both the stars kept their friendship away from the limelight until the moment Perry announced Aniston to be her child’s godmother in 2020. However, maybe the ‘Roar’ singer did drop a few hints about her platonic bond with Aniston when she compared her boyfriend to the Friends star. 

Bloom took to Instagram in the year 2016 to share a bunch of throwback pictures of himself on the 15th anniversary of The Lord of the Rings. One of the pictures, where the Troy actor showcased flaunting his long blonde locks as Legolas, caught Perry’s attention. The singer made a hilarious comment saying, “You look like Jen Aniston on the lower right babe”.

And that is how she got her hands on Oprah Winfrey’s four-bedroom farmhouse in Montecito, California. As per reports, the Friends alum bought the 4,000-square-foot Tuscan farmhouse for $14.8 million last year. 

Being the enclave of the rich and famous, Aniston’s neighborhood is home to celebrities like Perry, Ariana Grande, and the Sussexes. Both the Murder Mystery actress and Meghan Markle stumbled upon each other on the sets of Horrible Bosses. Despite having a little beef, as per reports, Aniston and the Duchess were super excited to be each other’s neighbors. As per Heat Magazine, Aniston hugely admires the Sussexes and expressed her desire to be friends with the royal neighbors.
