According to TMZ, their romance has not been confirmed yet, but “relationship rumors have been swirling.” 

The duo dropped the viral pictures after crossing paths at Vas J. Morgan and Michael Braun’s annual Halloween bash in Los Angeles.

Matthews later took to her Instagram Story to post an uncropped version of the viral picture, revealing her caption: “Will tell my kids about this one day @orlandobloom,” which should be enough to quell their dating rumors for the time being.
