It seems Nikki would love a collaboration with singer-songwriter Sombr. Actress Inde Navarrette showed a terrific and memorable performance as Nikki in Curry Barker's horror film Obsession. From its bone-chilling silence to deafening screams to its unsettling tension, the film quickly impressed fans. And it was a box office success too, which earned millions. 

Now, after surviving the horrors of Obsession, the actress may be stepping into something more melancholic as rumors about her newest collaboration continue to make the rounds.

Inde Navarrette is all set to make her music video debut. The collaboration was announced in a TikTok video featuring both the actress and Sombr at what appeared to be the set of the singer-songwriter's upcoming music video for the song 'My Body Isn't Ready'. The clip teased the pair working together during filming.

What is interesting is Sombr's new song is set to arrive sooner than expected. The song 'My Body Isn't Ready' and its accompanying music video will be released on June 26, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. The track is reportedly Sombr's third single of the year.

Following the release of his debut album, 'I Barely Know Her,' in 2025, he returned with the singles 'Homewrecker' and 'Potential.' Now, there is a lot of excitement among both Navarrette's and the singer's fans over this unique crossover. Moreover, fans are eager to see more of the Obsession actress in films, shows, and other projects.

But apart from the horror film, Navarrette has appeared in several other films and shows that viewers can watch before her next project arrives on screen.

Before playing Nikki in Obsession, Inde Navarrette had quietly built an impressive resume with several films, independent projects, and digital productions. At the age of 17, she starred in the short film Cross Words Together. Directed by Shubham Sanjay Shevade, the movie was released in 2018.

In 2019, she appeared in the Snapchat Original series Denton's Death Date. She also joined Netflix's 13 Reasons Why. Navarrette played the character of Estela de la Cruz in the show's fourth and final season.

Her character had a crucial role in the season's storyline. Most recently, she played Sarah Cushing in Superman & Lois. This was her longest-running television role. And now, following the success of Curry Barker's Obsession, the actress will likely appear in several more projects in the future, hopefully with 'My Body Isn't Ready,' being the first.
