The American Broadcasting Company has officially renewed the acclaimed medical drama for another season. ABC has not yet announced the official premiere date for the 23rd season of Grey’s Anatomy. Fans should expect the series to maintain its late-night timeslot at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time on ABC, with episodes available to stream the following day on Hulu. The upcoming season is anticipated to consist of 18 episodes, mirroring the structure of the previous two seasons. In contrast, the production team has not confirmed the exact episode count.

A massive shakeup in the hospital corridors means several familiar faces are disappearing while a few core legends remain.
