Is Pokémon Horizons Available on Netflix? Where Can You Watch the First Episode of the Anime Without Ash Ketchum

In recent times, the world of Japanese anime has become bigger and better than
ever. Owing to the huge catalog of anime that exists now, anime can debate all
day long about what the single best series is and why. Granted it’s a subjective
field and series from different genres can be difficult to compare but a
convincing case can be made for Pokémon. Undeniably, Pokémon is amongst the most
popular anime titles. Previously in December, the franchise announced a new
series Pokémon Horizons. Since the show’s fanbase is so widely scattered,
anticipation is building around the globe for ways to stream the show. So will
Pokémon Horizons be available on Netflix?

Over the years, we have witnessed how Netflix has become the one-stop
destination for anime fans. Most of the anime, if not all, are available to
stream on the streaming platform. Furthermore, the streaming has been a great
source for Pokémon related content releasing various films and shows for the
same. So naturally fans are wondering whether the new series will also be on
Netflix. As of late, Pokémon Horizons has only been aired in Japan. Moreover,
there is no confirmation from the franchise nor Netflix on whether the show will
be available on the platform. Although there is a little hope.



The previous batches of Pokémon series have also made their way to Netflix
months after premiering in Japan. Safe to assume that Netflix fans might be
looking forward to some Pokémon content. Interestingly, Pokémon Horizons will
mark a new journey as new protagonists Liko and Roy will make their way.
Furthermore, a whole set of supporting characters alongside a new Pikachu
trainer will also be a part of the show. Sadly, Captain Ash will no longer be
returning to our screens in future episodes.

WHERE CAN PEOPLE OUTSIDE JAPAN ACCESS THE FIRST EPISODE OF POKÉMON HORIZONS?

We are no strangers to the hype that surrounds the new series Pokémon Horizons.
In the past too, various shows based on the franchise have made their way to our
screens gaining massive popularity. Recently, on 14th April the first episode of
Pokémon Horizons premiered on the Japanese Television Network on Tokyo TV.

Sadly for fans outside Japan, there is no way to stream the first episode of the
show legally. While there are places where anime fans can access the first
episode, they will have to search these websites on their own. Meanwhile, one
can only wait for a few months hoping for Netflix to stream Pokémon Horizons.
