While it caught the attention of the viewers, who is this brand-new Pokémon?

If you do not know, Ho-Oh flew over Ash, following him and Pikachu&#8217;s encounter with an angry group of Spearow. Notably, Ho-Oh was never seen before that and no player could catch it until they released Pokémon Gold. Remembering the first encounter with Ho-Oh previously, the new turtle-like Pokémon reminded the viewers of the same Ho-Oh moment.

<h2>Who is the brand-new Pokémon in Pokémon Horizons?</h2>
If you look closely, the new Pokémon looks like Terapagos. Terapagos is a Legendary Pokémon and The Indigo Disk will introduce it. The Indigo Disk is a part 2 of the DLC The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero. The Scarlet Book and Violet Book in the game alluded to Terapagos. Therefore, it seems there might be something interesting and big for this brand-new Pokémon as well.
Will the pre-evolution of Terapagos show this new small turtle? Although it could also have another Pokémon linked to it, too. However, there is also a possibility of this brand-new Pokémon is entirely different as well. Fans would get the answer by Winter 2023 as The Indigo Disk is going to be released.
