Even though people believe otherwise, Edwards acknowledged that he has always seen the now-king Charles having fun with his two sons. He has apparently seen them grow up in the arms and warmth of their father. “They were always teasing him, we call it ‘taking the mickey,’ “ he told People in an interview recalling one of the pictures he took while they went skiing and father Charles was hilariously tickling his elder son.

Speaking of skiing, it seems like the royal princes were obsessed with this sport. In the two pictures below, from their 1994 and 1997 skiing trip, Edwards portrayed how much Prince Charles and his sons enjoyed the sport.

The photographer further shared a snapshot of the three royals from their summer retreat to the Scottish Highlands in 1997. “The princes were inseparable, solid for one another. They looked so relaxed, having fun together,” he wrote of the pictures captured just two weeks before Princess Diana’s alarming death.

While one picture depicts the adorable love shared by Prince William and his father as the toddler stood taking support of his father, the other picture has them holding hands as they walk into St. Mary’s Hospital on the day Prince Harry was born in September 1984.
