The 59-year-old CEO also expressed his optimism about the finalization of the SAG-AFTRA deals. However, apart from talking about the end of strikes, he also applauded the show. Along with Netflix’s Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria, Sarandos enjoyed the moment with the cast as well. He even took pictures of the costumes displayed there and got the clicks with The Crown stars.
Not only the CEO and other executives, but also all the cast members of the series happily embraced the energy of the event. Music composer Martin Phipps recalled how he created mournful tunes, capturing the emotions surrounding Princess Diana’s death on the show.
The journey of creating emotional music for the season finale
To ignite the aimed emotions in the viewers’ hearts, music plays an important role. Therefore, to accurately translate all the shock and sadness into music, Phipps worked extremely hard. He pointed specifically to the 4th episode where everything was mute and dull. The music composer tried to capture that shocking silence to deliver the intended stimulation via music.
