If there is one person who is consistently and evidently working toward the resolution they set for themselves at the beginning of the year, it is the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton. The princess has dedicated herself to bettering the mental health conditions in Britain. And she has concluded that creating a loving and supportive environment for a child to grow up in, during the fundamental years, is how we can grab the problem by the jugular. But Kate Middleton is not just giving speeches that look good on the surface level, she is also getting workplaces involved.

As Kate Middleton continues her remarkable efforts toward the improvement of mental health, she is putting a special focus on the early years of development. While many marveled at her drive, others pointed out that as the cost of living is at an all-time high, it is almost impossible to raise a child with the support of both parents.

Although it is unclear whether Middleton read the comments but she wrote about setting up a business task force to figure out a way to “prioritize early childhood,” in her Financial Times article where Middleton talks about investing in early childhood. She stressed on the need to “invest in early childhood now,” and stated her reasons for the same.

This is a great step by the Princess of Wales, who is not just talking about ways to improve the early years of childhood but also working towards it. Middleton highlighted how there are 76% of mothers and 92% of fathers in the workforce of the United Kingdom. Concluding that support of the workplace is absolutely necessary for a problem-free development of early childhood.
