According to a recent turn of events, British news presenter Piers Morgan has emerged as one of the most legitimate journalists of all time. Following the Netflix bigwig surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, he has explicitly stirred a wave of controversy online. Targeting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, his Twitter handle is filled with an endless string of opinions and remarks. However, Twitterattis who have felt his excessive negative obsession with the Duchess has already started calling him out publicly. 

Morgan also has been in recent news for bashing headlines about the Royals, from the beginning till the very end. Notably, his simultaneous tweets about football legend, Ronaldo and Duchess, Meghan Markle have sent users into a frenzy. The entire fiasco became all the more hilarious when he uploaded pictures of his wife (reportedly from 1996) at the same time. He apparently made a fun yet an unprecedented comparison between his wife and Meghan Markle.

The caption was a satirical troll at every criticism that had been raised against him. Fans had allegedly mocked him for being so obsessed with Meghan Markle that he forgot to wish his wife, Celia, on her birthday. 

They had also said Morgan apparently got disappointed in Meghan Markle after she ghosted him in social media. Speaking of the same, the news presenter said he knows his wife “lucked out” with a rolling-on-floor-laughing emoji. Haters did not hold back from mocking the pictures of his wife in comparison to Meghan Markle. While some trolled him for ‘pimping,’ others called him out for being a misogynist and incredibly cringe.

Recent news rumors around his wife say that Celia Walden and Morgan were on a six-week marriage sabbatical. Reasons stated include disturbances in matrimony and the inability to cope with each other. Referring to the same, a fan said it “might be time for another sabbatical”.

Meanwhile, Morgan quickly shifted his focus from the Duchess to Portugal footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, with whom he sat down with an exclusive interview recently, when the latter was trolled over his team’s exit from the world cup.
