If there was anything beyond music and fashion that Ye, formerly Kanye West, had a firm grip on, it was real estate and luxury cars. Ye has a garage full of Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche, and more- a collection he has been building since the early 2000s. However, post-2022, after Ye lost some of his biggest business partnerships, and his net worth took a massive nosedive, fans thought Ye might start trimming the fat on his lavish lifestyle. Well, that has been far from the case.

Ye has recently added three new Cybertrucks, his current favorite automobile, to his luxurious collection, despite his financial woes.

Three new Cybertrucks rolled into Ye’s driveway on August 5, according to GrosbyGroup. Ye already had one Cybertruck before, but clearly, one was never going to be enough for the rapper. The ‘Donda’ artist not only boasts Cybertrucks, which are estimated to cost between $80,000 and $100,000, but he also enjoys gifting them to his friends. This pattern of lavish spending exists, even when the rapper, a few months back, allegedly could not even afford business class on a flight.

In June, both Ye and Bianca Censori were seen boarding a regular commercial airplane, which sparked more rumors about the rapper’s financial crisis. Lately, Ye has also been reportedly living in a smaller apartment while selling off all his luxurious properties. Although it is unclear if Ye is experiencing any serious financial difficulties, after losing his profitable partnerships, he did lose his billionaire title.

Earlier this year, an insider informed that Ye even sought help from his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, during his financially difficult period.

While Ye’s fortunes were spiraling downward, Kim Kardashian rose to the status of a billionaire. Back in June, a source told In Touch that Ye’s declining wealth led him to reach out to Kardashian for financial assistance. The 'Vultures' rapper, who splits childcare expenses with the SKIMS mogul, is currently in a “humiliating position of needing to actually ask Kim to give him a break and help him out,” as per the source. 

“He's had to humble himself and ask her for help," added the source about Ye. The insider also pointed out that Ye’s reckless spending has been burning through his savings at a breakneck pace, leaving him with no choice but to “make some cutbacks.” However, considering his Cybertruck investments, it does not seem the rapper is making any “cutbacks” on his spending habits anytime soon.
