The pressure that came along with working with the royal aides made her “crazy busy”. However, it was Meghan Markle who made her feel comfortable in her space to focus on the job. Markle never wanted to dictate her ways at the Ptak. The reason was, she loved the way she flourished. “Why I’ve chosen you is because I love your baking and your work and your point of view and your ethos,” were Markle’s words to the renowned cake baker.
‘Meghan, she specifically said to me, “I don’t want to tell you what to do… the reason why I’ve chosen you is because I love your baking & your work & your pt of view & your ethos”… & I was like, “oh my god, that’s so cool. The best job brief ever!”’

In times of unusual situations, these came as both words of comfort and encouragement for the baker. Claire Ptak further expressed to the magazine her reaction after hearing the Duchess’ words. “Oh my god, that’s so cool. The best job brief ever!” exclaimed Ptak to the outlet.
Nevertheless, things were not as smooth as this for the Duchess in most cases.

There have been countless controversies regarding the same. But the major highlights that once breached top headlines for the royal news were Markle bullying the Palace staff with her instructions. As major publications once claimed, they accused Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of apparently abusing the staff. Palace insiders claimed that they received supposed “humiliating” treatment from the Duchess.
Mmmmm. Why won't Buckingham Palace release the report into claims that Meghan Markle bullied staff?
Could it be because it exonerates her of any wrongdoing, paints BP in a bad light or both?
If the report proved Meghan did bully staff I wonder if it would have been released? 🤔 https://t.co/LJRW29zbdj— Lorraine King (@lorrainemking) June 19, 2022

Markle’s supporters, who call themselves the Sussex Squad, strongly opposed the allegations. In no time, the crude remarks became just one-sided tales labeled as “smear campaigns” to defame the couple.
