The royals do be having some undeniable influence on the current era. And with King Charles’ coronation around the corner and the Sussexes fandom turning social media upside down every now and then, these days are literally the ruling days for the royals. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle have been reaching some heights of popularity with their back-to-back victories in every field. Nonetheless, King Charles said not today.

After his children scored top spots according to Times Magazine, King Charles also made his way into the same. As published by People, the soon-to-be monarch got his name in the Times’s top 100 influential list of the year 2023. Last Thursday, the world-renowned magazine released a list of all the top-tier personalities who have left their mark around the globe. The 74-year-old monarch was one of them. The magazine also gets reputed guest contributors to pen a tribute to the awardees.

For King Charles, it was British Vogue’s editor-in-chief and European editorial director of Condé Nast Edward Enninful, giving him the honors. Enninful went candid in his write-up, saying the world of royals was not the one he paid much attention to. However, King Charles and his contributions made him realize it was much more than he knew about.

He also pointed out how being the King of one of the world’s most famous royal households, “he didn’t have to do any of it.”
