Back in the days of Men in Black and The Pursuit of Happyness, when Will Smith was at the peak of his Hollywood career, he spent his shooting days in a luxurious $2.5 million trailer. Called The Heat, the sleek motorhome is a 53-foot modern masterpiece that boats 22 wheels and hydraulic pistons that turn it into a massive double-decker. Reportedly, the trailer is so colossal, it is said one can fit five regular trailers inside it. The first floor of this mobile mansion has everything from a full kitchen to a dining room and two lounges.
One is equipped with a makeup station and a small office, while the other is a wardrobe. There is also a $25,000 bathroom that spans the entire width of the trailer. On top of that, The Heat features $200,000 worth of granite countertops, $125,000 in high-tech gadgets, 14 TVs, and $30,000 worth of real leather lining the couches and ceilings. However, luxury is not the only point of this two-story motorhome.
As per reports, Will Smith did not just splurge $2.5 million on this trailer for his comfort- he is also making money off it.
The Heat is just another source of income for Will Smith
The Heat was built by Anderson Mobile Estates, a company known for creating luxury RVs. Their first major project was called The Studio, but when Will Smith saw it, he loved it so much that he customized it to fit his style, and that is how The Heat was born. However, Will does not use it all the time- which is fair considering he was recently on a two-year hiatus before making his grand return this year.

When Smith is not enjoying The Heat, he rents it out. The fees for renting The Heat have been reported to be $9,000 per week. With that kind of money, it is no big deal for Smith to keep this symbol of opulence on hand- not to mention a chance to flaunt some truly out-of-the-box architecture now and then.
